I’ve been so busy these past five months, so all the muscle tone I build up is fading. I haven’t been eating particularly healthy and I haven’t been exercising at all. That stops next year.
It is not a new year’s resolution, it is simply because it is a big commitment, especially the first month, and I have so much to do in December, I just don’t have the time until January. That also gives me time to create meal plans and training plans.
I’m not going to join a gym, I might when I’m back on track, but not until February at the earliest. Until then I will just do exercises at home.
I will keep you updated on both my planning process, and how it goes, when I “start”.
